P Diddy has denied reports that he had a fight with rapper J. Cole at his MTV Video Music Awards after - party , saying they are "friends .
There had been claimsthat Bayonce and Jay Z hap to  step in after the 43- year old entrepreneur whose real name is Sean Combs had a scuffle with the nobody's perfect singer .
But P Diddy took to twitter to dear up the stories , writing : " I usually don't address rumours but i got too much respect for my bro @JcoleNC . we are friends the rumours are not true . We had a great party"
