Jay Z Planning A Golden Launch At Barneys For His First Fragrance!

When JAY Z does something, he does it big , and the release of his first men fragrance will be no different .

The scent , dubbed GOLD Jay Z , will debut at BARNEYS NEW YORK on November 20th , so it seems like the highly critiqued partnership between the rapper and department store is still going strong.

Following the initial launch , the eau de Jay will be available at other department and specialty stores on November 29th , which also happens to be Black Friday .

President of Parlux Ltd and executive vice president of Perfurmia Inc. Donald J.Loftus explained the marketing strategy as follows :

      "We are going to make a big noise . For the 30 days before
        Christmas , it will be impossible not to know he has a fragrance"

Because Jay "stressed that he didn't want to do what had been done before " ads will be centered on the web rather than in magazines . Promotional images will also be scattered on billboards , bus shelters , and mail displays throughout the States .

The new GOLDEN juice will retail $39 for 30ml., $55 for 50 ml. and $70 for 90 ml. , but if that doesn't tickle your fancy there will also be aftershave , deodorant , and shower gel.

Chris Brown appeared in court today fro his assault charge . Fortunately for the singer the charges against him have been dropped from felony assault to a misdemeanor charge , Chris pleaded not guilty and was released with no bail.

Awarding winning rapper Khuli Chana was shot in the early hours of yesterday morning (28 Oct) by police . According to reports Chana was driving out of a petrol station when civilian clothed police officers fired multiple shots into his car without warning .

The cause of the shooting is believed to be mistaken identiity . Khuli is said to have been shot in the right hand as well as in the back but fortunately he is now out of the hospital and recovering at an undisclosed location.

Khuli Chana's manager spoke on the incident and said Khuli would be pressing charges of attempted murder against South African Police .

Real name Charles Tony Williamson , Guerilla was sentenced to 110 months in prison after pleading guilty to his role in a credit card scheme that involved the theft of over 27 thousand credit card numbers.

            Chris brown was arrested in Washington D.C early Sunday Morning for felony assault after allegedly attacking a man outside a hotel ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... at around 4:30 AM Brown got into an argument with a man outside the W Hotel on K Street and allegedly punched him once in the face . We're told the alleged victim never threw a punch .

The alleged victim tells TMZ ... He and friend where hanging out at the W when they saw two women about to take a picture with Brown. The victim -- who says he's not a Chris Brown afn -- says he and his buddy photo bombed the two women and Chris went nuts , punching him in the face and breaking his nose . He went to teh hospital and says he may need surgery as early as tomorrow.

Law enforrcement sources and the alleged victim tell TMZ .... Before striking the man , Chris  Brown said , "I'm not into this gay s**t , I'm into boxing." After Chris punched the man the fight was taken to the ground .

Sources connected with Chris tell TMZ ... the alleged victim is full of BS. He was NOT trying to take a pic with Chris .. He was trying to on Chris' tour bus , and Brown was simply trying to stop a trespass . The sources say before the incident the 2 girls tried to get on the bus but they were stopped , and that's when the victim and his friend made their move .

Law enforcement source say Chris did not appear to be under the influence of anything .

Chris and hos bodyguard ==who was also arrested== stayed in jail for a day . Under DC law Brown can't get bail so he'll appear before a magistrate today [Monday] , and unntil then he'll stay behind bars .
The alleged victim tells  TMZ he doesn't understand why Brown was "so homophobic" to hurl such a slur . And get this .. the victim ssays he would have accepted an apology at the scene , but now he will absolutely press charges == and he's already hired a lawyer.

Brown is still on probation in the RIHANNA beating case and this  grounds for violating his probation -- which means he could be sentenced to prison for nearly 4 years .... worst case scenario forhim.

Before the incident , Chris had been hosting a party at the nearby Park and 14th nightclub.

Chocolate city says Brymo's contract remains valid until the year 2016 .
Brymo  took to twitter to express is feelings about the suit fired against him . he said :"S/o to all them niggas who used to be with us , who fucked us .. You are the reason we still dreaming" 

He also tweeted saying " Not only did you steal from me , u still wanna go behind my back n fuck me ... Can i at least feed off my work ??

Emerging music sensation Burna Boy and his record label AristoKrat Records are 10 million naira richer after selling the marketing rights to his debut album "Leaving an Impact For Eternity" (L.I.F.E)

According to reports the label sold the rights to a popular Alaba music and movie marketer Uba Pacific . The marketer was initially hesitant about investing such a huge amount on a new artiste but his were later doused.

The album made a record sale of 40,000 units on day one of its release , and the amount paid for the rights ($62,000, its equivalent) is wholesome , going by the standards of the Nigerian Music market and the activities pirates .

A tribute to automobil LAMBORGHINI on the occasion of its 50th birthday , and the unveiling  of the new bull , the LAMBORGHINI VENENO at the GENEVA motor show .

The name , Veneno according to the company was the name of a particularly bad-tempered and fearsomely fast Spanish fighting bull who gained notoriety in1914 for goring bullfighter Jose Sanchez Rodriguez to death . A vicious pedigree for a vicious machine .

Derived from the overachieving Aventador , the arrow shaped Veneno pushes the performance envelope even further. The car makes use of the Aventador's mid-mounted 6.5-litre V12, bumped from 700hp to 739hp, and drives all four wheels through a 7-speed automated manual gearbox its chassis , featuring an inboard push rod suspension bolted to carbon fire monocoque structure is pure prototype racer, but LAMBORGHINI is proud to note that Veneno meets all worldwide road-car safety and registration requirements . Top speed is a breezy 220mph .(For those keeping track , the Aventador is good for 217mph.)

The Veneno is a sequel of sorts to the Gallardo-derived , and similarly futuristic , Sesto elemem=nto show car from 2010, But whereas Lamborghini said it would crafy 20 examples of the Sesto Elemento , the automaker plans to build just  three Venenos during 2013, priced at a cool 3 million euros each (at writing , about $4.1 million , plus tax ) And before you get your hopes up , the company has already found buyers for its triplets , save the one on the GENEVA  motor show stand - chasis number 0 , whose future , tp quote Lamborghini , has not been determined yet .
